so if i plan on building a extremly fast reciever, to what cap would i want to get speed to naturally. will i want to continue to invest points after getting past 80. an what should i am for on agility, last but not least how much should i invest into first step after i put all the points i need into speed and agility. I want his speed to be past 115 with equipment and at around level 35 maybe or 40.

If you're looking for extremely fast, the 78 cap is the minimum you should shoot for. After that, it's debatable if speed is worth it or not... but it probably wouldn't kill you if you got it to the cap after that. Any beyond that and the long term repercussions are probably too severe imo.
Personally, I think 68 cap agility is the lowest you go with a receiver that fast, but I think you can probably get by with less if you go crazy with first step. Personally I'd rather have low first step and 74 cap agility. +3 Speed, +1 Route Run is probably going to be the "perfect" piece of AEQ that you'll want to shoot for.

There are plenty of CB's who bring speed up to 68 as soon as they can, then stop pumping it. So for your speed to be elite, you will need to take it to 78. Then get agility up to 68 ASAP, maybe higher. This will form the base of an elite speed receiver. Hopefully you can see the ball and catch it.

68 speed CB > 78 speed WR.

Last season this was very much so not the case.
This season this is very much the case unfortunately.

Too many wasted points. You're behind the speed curve if you are only at 115 speed at level 56. You'd be better off dumping the extra 5 levels of FS into more speed.
