I would go natural leader first if you had some D-Line General already. But if not enough fame then yeah.

Natural leader or Heavyweight. After those two, your build/preferences come up, but some combination of brick wall, power tackler, sure tackler, helmet crash, and, in special situations, long reach are all applicable.
