While I agree that he had a good year, when you play 74 plays a game, you should be getting a decent amount of stats for a lb'er

His first season at the Highlanders and Kevin Sorensen has been a revelation at SS. And deserves a nomination.

Racking up 160 tackles ! 19 TFL`s, 3 interceptions taking 2 back for TD`s, 3 hurries and 1 FF, well he was set to wrap up,

Rot Thun http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=610308

Third place for the defensive MVP race - @ Level 50.
Second place in the league with 11 interceptions! (four of which were run in for TDs)
37 tackles, four of which were TFLs and he squeaked out one forced fumble on wrap-up
31 PDs

With only 42 plays/game.

http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=476903&pbp_id=9569138 A full 102 yard return- Rot had two DefTDs this game, so the score would have been within 4 points had those not occurred.

http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=476905&pbp_id=16045501 Snagging a bullet pass The opposing team was up four at this point, and this kicked off a huge rally. Okies won 52-37

http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=476866&pbp_id=17859081 Who says you can't force fumbles on wrap-up?

Rot achieved 11 INTs this season (second place in the league)- pretty spectacular for his first season in the pros and being under leveled by 5-8 levels.
Rot isn't just an INT machine, though- he had 30+ PDs, knocked a few balls loose, recovered 2 fumbles, and had 4 TFLs under his belt this season.

Defensive Player of the Year
Frank Stallone - FS - There is not a better free safety in the league, and that is a fact. Season in, and season out, Frank is one of the top 5 defenders across the league. Very few safeties can truly play the deep ball, and yet still have the instincts and speed to hit a back in the backfield. Frank is one of those few, and may be the only one in SE Asia with that ability. He is your classic Ed Reed type safety who is also a ball hawk and can take an int back to the house at any instant. Next to the definition of game changer is a picture of Frank Stallone. His league leading 12 int's is just icing on the cake. All of this you already know though, Frank Stallone is a myth, no, a legend. Do the right thing, and vote Frank Stallone to win the 1st Annual Frank Stallone Defensive Player of the Year Award.
