1. Monmouth Evil Monkeys V 3. Honolulu Hurricane Warriors. The Monkeys rolled over the Marauders and had some help from the Roughnecks to regain the top spot in the west. The Monkeys Ground game is rolling and their D is playing solid ball. A win today locks up their 3rd conference title in 4 years and the #1 seed in the playoffs.
HHW picked up their 8th straight win by crushing the floundering Hedgehogs. Except for a bad habit of throwing the ball to the wrong team Stuart Wang has looked impressive at QB and their always steady D has really stepped it up lately. The Cannes will try to sneak into the #1 seed with a win, a Loss drops them to 4 but still gets the home playoff game.

2. Washington Wolfpack V 12. South Bay Spartans. The Pack took a step backwards after their Solid win over Monmouth and fell to Texas. Turnovers killed them in this one throwing 3 picks and fumbling once, combine that with another solid game for THE TICK and Washington was never had a chance. A win today give the Pack the 2 seed in the West.
The Spartans got whacked with the combo platter from SDL. Their special teams mixed with a great game running the ball killed any hope South Bay had of the upset. Mr. SMITH ran all over SDL but it wasn't enough to counter the ST and Defensive lapses of the SBS.
WW wins 48-28
4. San Diego Lightning V 10. Las Vegas Freebirds. The Lightning used their Explosive Return game (3 td's) and a massive running game 465 yards on the ground to blow away SBS. While the Lightning D continues to be less than impressive they don't have to be with the amount of points they are putting up in other areas.
The Freebirds were unable to hold a lead against Compton and it crushed he slim playoff hopes they had left. Compton Dominated he final quarter and it proved to be the difference in a the close loss. Once again LVF put up an impressive defensive effort, but their lack of O killed them.
SDL wins 35-17
5. Minnesota Marauders V 6. Texas Roughnecks. Turnovers and a lack of touches for MJD cost the Marauders in the loss to Monmouth. 4 Picks by Krist, who was let down by his O-line all day and a less than strong defensive showing resulted in a big loss.
Texas used a great defensive game combined with another awesome showing by THE TICK to take out the former #1 Wolfpack. McCoy had a steady game throwing the ball and a win here could score Texas a home playoff game.
Texas wins 38-37
7. Compton Vikings V 16. Spicewood Longhorns. The Vikings showed a lot of heart in coming back to knock LVF out of the play off hunt. A strong defensive effort combined with a decent game by Jackson and the running game led the Vikings to the win.
Compton wins 255-0
8. Lincoln Navigators V 15. Dallas Vaqueros. The Navs are going to fall short of the playoffs as a result of their early season struggles. The 7 point losses to WW and HHW earlier and the cost the dearly yet show how good of a team they were.
Dallas will close out one of the worst seasons ever by a non-cpu USA PRO team with their 26th straight loss and a ticket back to AAA.

9. Chicago Hedgehogs V 14. Bourbon Street Bullies. Just like they back doored their way all the way to USA PRO (no trophies since A ball) the Hogs are sneaking into the playoffs. Losers of 6 straight games by an average score of 56-22 the Hogs are struggling mightily at the wrong time of the year.
BSB is thankful for the gutting of Spicewood or this would be a must win to avoid relegation for them.
