Using a DL focused only on ST with fast OLBs. Or on pee wee the only thing that works is the basic 4-3?

Do you think a 3-4 defense with DE and DT built very high on strength to occupy the line and speed based OLB's be productive.

I think it would get ripped up the gut pretty hard.
A lot of peewee teams this season were carrying two power backs.
You could definitely contain elusive backs rather well, as well as rushing QBs. The drawback being that you can do that with CB blitzes as well so there isn't a big enough benefit to make up for the drawback, imo.
