Take catching to 68 (if you boost you can do that with those first 3 level ups of season 10). Then cap stamina! Confidence, carrying to the cap. Train strength up. Then come back for speedster SAs. You'll have a fine balance WR.

this

though i would train confidence and stamina together, don't need to cap stamina with SPs

SP - RR to 6 natural - switch custom equipment to possession
Take QC and FS to 6

Carrying seems to be of much higher importance to WRs this season. 48 cap is a must at some point in the build. Would train Speed/Agility. The return for training attributes in after 32 is not a very good SP return. Use your SP to 48 cap carrying, confidence and stam and train your higher attributes. I'm sure someone has got a guide for the exact returns on training but I know 30-32 range up to 48 is where you lose out SP-wise.

Depends on how much his team runs the ball to the outside. A little in each goes a long way for blocking CBs, but I wouldn't recomend capping either of them.
