Really excited to see the NBA Jam 14-0 vs San Diego Cyberballers 14-0. They started the season with a grudge now well see who will lay the smack down in an exciting game were the loser walks away with there first loss. Ill put my money on San Diego.

sushil33t predicts the gods smite NBA Jam down but they still win because they have over 60 players on the roster

Fujicrow thinks NBA JAM will score 1 point for every player they have, which is why they win 63-3.

Not sure if it makes too much of a difference, but surely it opens the ability to have special teams depth. If you have 4 of 7 #1 CBs, not sure it would make a difference. I think more of a problem is that they have 5-6 solid WRs and an O-line that doesn't give up sacks.

It makes a big difference as the game wears on, the fewer players the other team has the bigger the difference. Quality of play drops off drastically as "energy" falls, NBA is near 3 players deep at all positions so their energy levels remain high throughout the entire game, and that's the biggest reason their O-line looks so good. The energy drop off is most significant in battle along the line and while NBA's line stays fairly fresh all game, the D-line they're facing deteriorates with every play. And since they're 3 deep at both WR slots on longer drives and as the game progresses they find themselves going against defensive backs who are dog tired and can't keep up. Most teams have a hole here and there where they might have 1 really good starter but don't have quality depth behind him, it's those little holes on teams that get exposed horribly when facing a team as deep as NBA JAM. Roster depth has been drastically underated up to now, this season with near equal leveled leagues has put a spotlight on just how crucial it can be, which is more than likely why before the season is done there are plans to have a roster limit next season.

well said. Next year they'll have to cut 8 players though. Roster limits ftw
