my DEs, like others, are getting pancaked left and right this season. since my strength is fairly low (in the 60s), i assume i'm going to get pnkd quite often.

has anyone experimented with the 'never give up' VA for getting up after pnk's? does it work? it states that it works after 'falling down', but has bort ever confirmed this also means after a pancake?

How about just upping your strength to prevent (or at least lessen) pancakes instead of relying on a VA to compensate for them?

yes, i realize i can up my str, but the o-line guys we play against probably have str in the 80s or 90s. it'll take me quite a while to get there.

in the meantime, i'm just curious if anyone has confirmed that 'never give up' works after pancakes.

I'm assuming thats pretty much the point of it....
anytime your on the ground, via pancake, miss-tackle...
I never here talk about this VA so i'm not even sure if anyone ever maxxed it out.

Worthless VA, by the time you get up from being pancaked the play will already be over.
