Can someone please explain to me the process? Is there a draft? How long is it? Anything I need to know?

The offseason will be 5 days or less. During the offseason, plays don't get paid or train. Owners/GMs can trade, cut and hire players and construction of sections for your stadium are built. Advanced tactics and new teams will probably be released during the offseason.

So I assume then if chemistry is affected during offseason that it still also goes up daily?

They are talking about having non play off, and teams that get knocked out of the playoffs playing scrimmages against non-conference teams.

i read one of Borts posts and he said it does, is this just for new teams?

All teams who didn't make the playoffs, or who have been knocked out of them, will play scrimmage games on their regular schedule every 2 days.

These scrimmage games will be against the other conference's non playoff teams!

No tickets or concessions will be sold for them, though, so make the playoffs to make money! Stats will be collected for them but they are in a separate "scrimmage" category.

This means: Every team will play every 2 days, no matter their playoff status.
