stats are without equipment, kicking is 121.64 with it , where do i go now to get gold bar?

Looking at your build, Conf to 68 will give the most to your bars (Kicking is too high) If you want to take Conf to 73, you can.

Your agi is probably in the 30's...that can be trained and capped, although you might not see a huge performance increase.

Then Vis to 68.

Take CONF to 74 while training AGL. That will get you there.

I'm confused as to how my K doesn't have the gold bar. I added it up and the number is correct (75) but I feel like my numbers are high enough for the gold bar. Maybe I need more kicking, but here are my raw stats:

kick - 81.99
conf - 77.13
vis - 68.78
agi - 46.95

My only conclusion is more kicking.

You are at 75.55. You need to get to 79. 3.45 more is quite a bit; At level 49, you aren't getting much natural gains at all - .29 added to your bar per level. If you took agility to 60 (6 levels worth of SP), and also included those 6 levels of natural gains, you'll still be falling a little short.

So yeah, maybe in 8-9 levels, and take agility to 60, that is your best shot at it.
