I know there are some things to do still (Raise strength, speed, tackling) but as of right now, how does his build look for his level? Good? Bad? average?

very good for his level.

If you ask me, you capped Vision too early. Assuming your guy has level 32 upgrades and one piece of EQ in Strength, he's got like 1 more agility and 2 more strength than my level 35, but he's got 15 less speed.

He's ok. Not perfect, but a lot better than somebody who didn't know what he was doing. I'd probably get speed to second cap, cap tackling, then speed to the third, and try to get strength up a little bit, over 80 at least.

Speed and vision both have very marginal gains from level up for a DT. I don't think it makes a whole lot of difference when you cap which...just depends on what you are trying to do *right now.*

Strength looks low to me on the other hand, which is a whole different issue....

Your credibility just dropped from whatever it was before to 0. If it was 0 before, it's now -5.

I'm pretty sure Kayoh knows that. DTs who play DT and not NT shouldn't have 100 str.

Yeah, I think you went after vision too soon.

I also think that all centers, guards, and DT's need strength as their primary skill. The way GLB works, all interior linemen are in an arms race where the most important weapon is strength. Any center or guard at a comparable level who concentrates on strength should be able to knock the crap out of your DT. While agility is important for an interior lineman, you are still stuck in a relatively small space so even if you can move well, you can't go far, so strength winds up being much more important.

I don't agree that DT's should have their equip on strength, but I feel that strength should be the first attribute taken to 72-74, naturally leveled up to 86-88+, freeing your equip up for agility/speed. I'm still not sold on pumping agility and speed while neglecting or undervaluing strength.

Strength alone is less important than strength and agility added together.

Not necessarily. I'm not a fan of trying to beat rock with rock.
