If spd/agi/vis are all naturally past 68 then it's a very nice build. Honestly, this is the last time I reply to these "greatest ever" threads. If it's the greatest ever, why do you need a rating?

The whole point of claiming to be the greatest is to get people to actually respond to the thread. If you just put Level 44 CB as your title, no one will even look at it.
