I've already heard of a few upgrading all of their EQ. I'm curious as to how anyone could already have enough Bonus Tokens to do that. Am I missing something?

IF you are lucky enough to get a decent piece of AE within the first few shopping tokens. If you are like me, my HB got increase intercept chance and blocking pieces for days, but nothing really useful

In a Pee Wee situation, you can only perform two upgrades on AEQ. The only other thing you can upgrade is the SA Ability tree on a piece of CE.
As for upgrading ALL of a player's EQ....can't be done in Pee Wee. Not enough time to get the required bonus tokens. With the extended off season and preseason we had this season, I believe you could have gotten 24 bonus tokens, but you would have only been able to get a couple of shopping tokens, and you would have really been rolling the dice to get a decent item.

Thanks guys, I hadn't even realized that basic EQ didn't need bonus tokens to upgrade.

I think you misunderstood what Robb said. He stated that you cant use tokens to upgrade basic EQ.... more simply, you can't upgrade basic EQ at all. It is capped at +1 to a skill and that is all it will ever do.
