My team is folding so I will either have to retire (lots of flex back thankfully) or find a new team. Not sure what the outlook will be since he's lacking in certain stats, although his production has been steady.

don't retire him. Build up more on speed and agility and you'll finish out your career nicely.

thats actually a nice build, imo. work on carrying to 68. a few more power through/lower shoulder wouldn't hurt. eventually, maybe bring confidence to 48

I agree with these guys. Restack about 20 points worth of gear into Speed and he should be effective.
