no. Needs JUMPING, CATCHING, and AGILITY. Really badly to boot. Tackling at 39 is laughable when everything else is lacking.
Definitely not a shutdown corner.

Here's my garbage shutdown corner you can compare it with. But I'd definitely argue he's WAY better than that guy... even @ lvl 34.

This . . . basically needs less str/tkl/sta/con and more of pretty much everything else.

for that level, he's really hurting on speed and *agility, not vision
