Right now I have a level 7 WR with 53 SPD and 30 AGI. How much agility should I be at before using creative for my route running style?

Yea, I get that. lol
Level 7s aren't really capable of taking full advantage of creative route running.

i suspected that's what you meant, but i haven't really seen that confirmed anywhere. lvl 7s should be able to make moves and even if they can't make em as good, they really don't need to assuming they're playing against lvl 7 defenders ...
