Yeah this is the real East game of the week... I f-ed it up, will finish this off in the morning...
So here is our match-up, the Lowcountry Gators vs. College Town NWA Feeble Minds. http://goallineblitz.com/game/compare_teams.pl?team1=87&team2=215 College Town has suffered back to back loss which I was surprised by (not taking anything away from Camden Outkasts you have a solid team, just who you have lost to I did not see this coming!) Will the Gators make it three in a row for college town or can the Feeble minds bounce back!?

Lowcountry Gators the only team that have been more dominating in my mind than the Black Knights have been these guys, they are all around good , not one ranking above 10th on the Offensive or Defensive rankings, the Rushing attack has two beastly HB's that get the Gators more than 313 yards a game on the ground that ranks them 5th in the league. Then their Pass game is ranked 9th averaging close to 304 yards a game! Very balanced attack they hit you with pretty much 50/50. Their D is stout... um if not number 1 overall! they are ranked 1st allowing... -6.3 yards a game! Their Pass D is 4th in the league which is allowing just 183.4 yards a game... these guys spell trouble for anyone in the East!

College Town NWA Feeble Minds come in with a great team, but will a great team be enough from dropping a thrid straight loss? NWA offensively is pretty good, they rank 8th in their passing game while averaging 318.2 yards a game. Then Rushing wise they are ranked 11th getting more than 195 yards a game... Their D will be tested and lucky for them they are not to bad there, with a 4th league ranked Rushing D and a 7th league ranked Pass D... but will all this be enough? Some very good game planning will have to be done today to keep the Gators at bay.

Bottom line, The Gators have yet to be tested this season and this will be their first TRUE test... NWA has a solid team, but I don't believe a solid team will be enough against these guys, NWA will have to hope to do something special, i.e. force fumbles, int's or great special team play! None the less it don't look good for these guys...

I spent the time to come up with a solid D game plan... one good enough to contain the mighty Gators astounding offensive attack. We smothered their run, stifled their pass and out gained them in total yards. All to come down to the last minute of the game with a chance to take the lead.. and I let this happen.

Anyway, now that I'm done pounding rusty nails into my scrotum and rubbing powdered glass into my eyes, I'm ready to smile and say,

Good Game Gators. You deserved the win regardless of my incredibly stupid AI screw up on offense.

Man, Chop Lobster you didn't kick the field goal to take a 33-31 lead. Ouch, that was a tough lost for you guys. You played a great game. both teams.

Sorry it took so long to reply to this but I've got to congratulate NWA on a great game. You guys really should have won that one. I'll consider it a gift.

The only thing I can say in my our defense is that I have been at the Hospital with my wife since last tuesday. She's 27 weeks pregnant and developed pnumonia from a really bad case of the flu. This is the first time I've been able to log on in a week and as the current owner and offensive coordinator, haven't gameplanned for the last three games..including NWA. And it almost came back to bite us. FYI I'm giving control of the Gators over to our awesome DC, Bulldawgy. So hopefully he'll have the time to pick ip my slack until my wife is able to come home from the hospital.

But I don't want to take anything away from NWA. That's a great team that should have beaten us.

Wishing the wife gets well soon Legend. I know pneumonia can be troubling without being pregnant but , thankfully, medicine has made great strides in this area recently.

Black Knights wish the wife a speedy recovery and the very best. Also congrads too the two of you on been pregnant. I pray that the wife and the baby pull thought in good health.
