Dude, Draven, seriously. Do you think you are gaining a competitive advantage listing your cpu's as starters? Do you really think that people look at the matchup bars? Maybe some n00bs do, but we are far from n00bs. I'm sure you guys will be 6-2 after your game with us, so just put your starters in before you forget

I know this is a little outdated and I am sure HSK would take back the above if he could. As you can see how this season has played out when I put the cpu's in as starters its not to manipulate the scouting bars. LOL !!! It's to actually play them. As you saw in our game I still won the game with starting almost all cpu players.

It's called slow building for a 13 cap team come season 10. If you notice I could have easily made the playoffs this season if I would have played my starters the entire season. But by subbing out my starters with cpu's a lot the second half of the season has put all my players in position to be level 13-13.9 come day 40. Next season my team will be in a cap 13 league and will be primed to compete then.

So your assumptions that I was pulling a n00b move like putting in my cpu's just to manipulate the scouting bars. PLEASE give me more credit then that.

n00b move so you can get a trophy in a cap 13 league.

I'm sorry is that illegal or something, to build a level 13 team for a level 13 league. Report me please. Besides I have plenty of Gold trophy's.

Its not illegal. Did I say it was or anything? I said its a noob move for an easy trophy to have a team move down for one season so you can win a trophy. If you easily were gonna make the playoffs then why not? Because you knew you would have lost and losing = no trophy. Just sayin.

No its because this team has been Super Slow Building or Slow building for the last 2 seasons. It has always been our goal to get this team ready for a cap 13 league. We could have made the playoffs as a #7-#8 seed. If we were to get lucky and win in the 1st round then we would find ourselves promoted up and out leveled by 20 levels. That = no fun for season 10.

My team is going to be level 13 going into a level 13 league where they belong. My team is not about spending hours on hours recruiting and replacing loyal players with level 50's in order to compete each season. We have our team and don't need to recruit and now we are ready to start in the correct level league and start from the bottom. Last season I had players in a level 13 cap league and there were 4-5 teams all the same max 13. So there is no guarantee of any trophy. Like I said its not about the trophy, I have trophy's at every level except PRO's. Its about having fun. Getting promoted too early and then going 2-14 while getting out leveled by 15-25 levels is not fun.

So I'm done defending myself for building a team up to a certain level and then putting that team in a league that is designed for that level. So if you consider that a n00b move then I am sorry for offending the professional that you are with all my n00bness.

As for your team, good luck this season in the playoffs. If you do good enough to get promoted up to A league then have fun with your level 20 team playing against level 50's. If you don't get promoted up, then enjoy staying in BBB where I'm sure your team will out level most teams next season by a good 10 levels. Then maybe you will finally get your trophy. I on the other hand, will be enjoying for the next 3-4 seasons being in competitive FUN leagues. Trophy's or no Trophy's...FUN !!! That is the only reason I pay lots of money to play the game. FUN FUN FUN !!!

Hi Draven, your friend Josh from our BBB15 days (DVD Talk Otters).

While I understand your goal of remaining level 13 to stay in a level 13 cap league, your concerns about moving up to uncapped A are not well taken. The new league restructure means that you would have advanced into a 21 cap league. There will be no more moving from 13 cap to uncapped. Bort finally got it.

+1

Even though Bort has seemed to miss a few teams. We have slowbuild teams in my AA league. I dont know why really...unless they decided to do it after the restructure, but even one team has told me his team decided to do it way before the structure and actually started at the end of last season.

Yes my team started in the preseason of season 8 Super Slow building. Matter of fact this season 9 was the first time any of my agents players saw any playtime. They all stayed off the depth chart for the entire season 8. So this team has been building towards a cap 13 league for about 100 days now or two full seasons.

So this team moving over to a cap 13 league for season 10 is not because we couldn't win a trophy this season and its not to win a trophy next season. This has been our teams plan from the very start nearly two full seasons back.

I don't think it is a n00b move or cheating. Like I said before if I offend anyone by building a level 13 team and moving them to a level 13 cap league, then I'm sorry.

Draven - you aren't getting it. You don't have to move. This league is 13 capped. It always will be.

No reason to take it back. If I knew you, and knew that you have played for awhile (sure I could've looked to see when you started, but well, I have more important shit to do in life), then I may have taken it back. Like Josh and somebody else said, you are way off base about getting promoted and being severely outleveled. We dropped down from AAA after one season, b/c we wanted to go the slowbuild route, and we're doing fine. We don't really come up with complex game plans, knowing that we will be out-leveled, but by the time we are built as we want to be, we'll be great competition. GL with your super-slowbuilding to stay in level 13 capped league. Sounds fun

I believe the cap rises during the season.

The wiki is horribly outdated. I can't find the particular announcement, but all leagues that are capped are hard capped. This will always be a cap 13 league. So any of us over it will be shuffled out.
