Will the level-cap be increased for BBB leagues? I've heard it won't - ostensibly because the re-shuffle already took care of the reasoning behind the lifts.

I've also heard that BBB team promotions will go lateral, not vertical. Meaning, if my BBB team gets promoted, i don't go to A league, i go to a higher level BBB league.

Can anyone verify/refute this information and provide linkage?

Yes, the level caps are now permanent.

The teams in the capped leagues will get promoted up the chain into the next cap level, and the next, etc, etc, until they reach uncapped, at which point they should be ready to compete there. This will keep the amount of re-recruting per season much lower, because the cap differences are smaller between tiers, and lower leveled teams won't move up to uncapped right away.
