I've noticed that the opposing TE gets left open a lot.

There's no LB or DB to pick him up (the safeties look to be in cover 2) and is left alone until he makes a catch. What can I do about this, as I'd hate to give up free 5-8 yards plays if there's a simple fix?

Put an LB on him.

If the TE or HB is left open constantly on passing plays when they are not the primary what should the QB setting be?.

Don't blitz the LOLB from a Cover 2.

Or use the DPC, which is probably the better route.
