It is a greasemonkey script for Firefox that shows your waiting list position for a Pee Wee team on your home page.

This is my first year in PeeWee but do I get to keep my team and just renew it or do I have to put my name in on the waiting list again? Thanks

you can just renew it, you do not need to get back on the list
