TV -> CD-> FS -> SB > BS

opinions....

depends on build. for a certain build, first step could be entirely useless, and shed block great, and vice versa. not every DE has to be 120 speed, 90 agility, 35 strength.

Globally
SB > FS > TV > CD > BS

Speed based
FS > SB >>> CD > TV > BS

Agility based
SB > TV >>> FS > CD > BS

Strength Based
TV > SB > FS >>> CD > BS

Shed Blocks is ftemfw.

I really don't know if Tunnel Vision works that well anymore.

most SAs are situational and every passing play is a pretty general situation

It doesn't activate on every passing play, it still has a chance to be activated and a chance to fail.
