Just curious if anyone does it and be productive investing in both SA trees. I'm, not sure how well blitz does. But First Step, Change Direction, Sticky Hands, and Super Vision I want to all be 10 one day.

A lot of shutdowns will go into the speedster tree for CD, although usually they only get enough First Step to put points in CD.

FS is pretty useless if you think about it. CD is godly though.

Agreed. I wouldn't go past CD in that tree as a CB.

Which I didn't plan on. First Step yall don't like but we can agree 10 in Change Direction would be great. But is it detrimental to a build to put 10 in CD, 10 in SV and 10 in Sticky Hands

Those points in Sticky Hands would be much better off in Swat Ball, imo.

first step helps your change direction. I wouldn't say it's useless. but bringing it to 10 I dunno. Sticky hands super vision and change direction are worth a 10.

first step would only help you change direction if you came to a complete stop, if you are still moving slighty it wont trigger.

when your back pedaling and you have to go forward or "change direction" there is a split second you're at a dead stop and it can activate. pretty good for jumping routes.

meh, my CB doesnt tend go back back then forward. He tends to go in a loop.

Then he doesn't know how to play CB, making sharp cuts instead of going in loops is like one of the first things they teach you, at least in RL anyway

The only time he does that loop thingy, they aren't huge loops either just enough that I notice its not back and forward movement, is on curl routes. Doesn't bother me either since I still don't know how to consistently stop curls even with 80+ agility.

Edit: question, if FS goes off at the beginning of the play where would the CB go or does he just start moving at full speed while the WR is picking up speed as well?

I think FS only kicks in the beginning if it's a necessity. If that makes sense... I don't think it will trigger if let' say the WR is doing a screen. It can trigger after the ball is thrown though. I've seen my guy jump a WR screen route for an interception and it looked like he got shot out of a cannon. He does have ballhawk to 8 as well though. So I'm sure that helped.
