I need to push him in a direction and i not sure where..i had originally pegged him as an agility back..he is sucking big time..not sure if its just him..the team isnt doing too well.

Is there any hope?

I wouldn't worry about it too much right now, Your team has been beaten badly and outleveled by alot in each loss so you cant expect to dominate in those situations...Start investing points into juke and spin asap...
