I tried scrimmaging Duluth after we fixed our shit last season, but PS didn't want to I guess (and obviously scrimming them so many times we know him/them also), but I'm trying again.
And Hurricane, just for you I'm throwing some scrims out there to see how we do. Hopefully they'll accept.

Actually, tbh I ran out of flex and haven't boosted my guys yet this season. That's really the only reason I haven't done more scrims

The only reason I accepted that scrimmage was because I didn't check out any of the tournament threads and figured we were supposed to play them in the 1st round in one of them. I didn't realize they were talking shit about the Pro teams until revolversw brought it up the other day.

I don't really have time for the scrimmages until another few weeks, though they'll likely all be test scrimmages and will probably drop us out of the GLB Top 25 Rankings.

Where was that post from Snaza from? I find it hilarious that teams like his or MD think they are Pro ready, but obviously from that showing, I can't see them finishing any better than 11th place or so which to me you aren't pro ready unless you make the playoffs or contend for it

It was in the Canada A#4 forums. I guess we (LXA members) pissed him off with some shit talk.

we scrimmaged them like 2 seasons ago and beat the shit out of them...i honestly didnt see how it would help me out to scrimmage them late last season...i had nothing to test (that would have been helpful to face them with) and didnt feel like switching around gameplans for some SEA AAA team. if i am gonna tell papa to scrimmage someone, its gonna be pro...unless its some tourney.

Yeah, these kind of scrimmages make sense for them, but not us. They're trying to prove themselves, and we could care less if we can beat an AAA team.

good job joe, those bastards needed a lesson. and fuck the 25 polls, you and I both know Bandar can play with anyone in GLB. Only thing keeping SE Asia teams from being higher is we started GLB 2 weeks later than the rest of the S1 guys and never kissed USA's ass

Pa Dong uses scrimmages against AAA teams and top notch Pro teams to test things out. So far it has helped this season. That loss against Dryden for us told us a whole lot about what we needed to fix. Anyways back on topic. Just because a team is AAA, doesn't mean they can't be useful to us in helping us try things out, that is if you think they are a good enough team to resemble a competitive Pro team

well....last time i gave them a chance...it was a blowout....and i learned nothing....season 8 was a complete train wreck...i certainly didnt care to scrimmage anyone late in the season...i think even someone here in SEA Pro wanted to scrimmage to test things and I declined them because it just didnt seem worth it at all to do...

No offense, but you Pro Guys are kinda full of yourselves, no?

We just want to scrimm Pro teams because we figure we will be up here next season. Its not like we expect to come in punch you dudes in heart. How are we suppose to know if we are ready unless we play you. I thank you for the scrimm, Its helped us alot.

I mean when you guys were in AAA, did you not scrimm Pro teams? Im sure you did, and for the same reason we did. I dont see a prob with scrimming a team that you have been playing against for the past 7 or so seasons.

I meant as far as serious scrimmages go. A Pro Team beating an AAA Team just doesn't prove a whole lot to anyone.

Each season, we also use test scrimmages against the Green Bay Maulers (USA Pro) and Oklahoma Bootleggerz (very good USA AA team).

I don't even think they had scrimmages when we were in AAA. There's nothing wrong with an AAA team scrimmaging against the Pros, but why all the talk?

Why not talk, Theres nothing entertaining about teams full of introverts.

Maybe not your team specifically but Pro teams in general.
