I remember seeing them discussed before but don't remember where it was and have a power through SA in the store. Is it effective or am I better of passing on it?

I was thinking the discussion was 1 was much better than the other. Not sure if it was just because it is in the SA tree or actually fires more

This thread is amazing. I much prefer Power Thru though. It's proven that ppl with bad spelling can plow thru ppl better.
