I have speed at the 68 cap and agility at the 49 cap, and next level I will have enough points to take either speed to 73 or agility to 61, does it matter which one I do?

are you looking to be a speed receiver? If so you should have gone to 73 immediately, but now is fine. Balanced? go agility to 61, or even 68

take your agility up to 73 as well

Looking to be a speedster, aiming to finish at 74/74 for both speed/agil, but was wondering if speed even needs to go to 77 cap?

hes referring to a few seasons ago, entire teams based themselves on speed. now speed has quite less of an effect
