my ss just turned into a lvl 5, and i was wondering when should i start placing my 38 skill points in attributes and/or special abilities..

did you get a bad speed roll or have you not trained in it?

no im training speed.. it's just that i haven't placed any skill points in it yet

You should have spent the points when you could have reached a cap. You lost the benefit of the value of level ups on capped skills. You could have a second or third skill up higher. You have lost the benefit of holding on to the points because you held on too long.
