This year I don't really have any LBs in a blitzing defense... but last season my best blitzer had 16 sacks against higher leveled competition in an A league. And I'm pretty confident that I'd be getting some sacks in Africa AA where I'm WAY out leveled if we blitzed more often.

My LB has two sacks in the last two games. One of them MAY have been Clutch-induced, and the other was the first play in the drive, so he was fresh. He's still very good in coverage - he hasn't allowed many catches, if any.

Bort killed the blitzing LB, and I know he won't even think about fixing it for seasons to come. The game has gotten too complex for him to handle and sadly he's got bigger problems than fixing us.

Well, I finally got 2 sacks today, albeit against a CPU team. But still, against the still ridiculous OTs that have the pancaking boost, high strength, and a lot of the ridiculous Protector SA, it's virtually impossible to pass rush for us.

our MLB is getting quite a few hurries, only one sack because he's slow. Change your scheme. You can still generate pressure with LBs, in fact you can do it even more now with the new play creator.

That was last season. I had a respectable 10 last season, a lot less than the season before, and even less than the season before that. But those 10 sacks led the league LBs in sacks. So far itīs 1 over 5 games. More outleveled this season, but still.
On the other hand Iīve been doing well against the run game with TFLs. I actually got a "sack" on a run play but then it doesnīt count.

Iīm getting hurries. A lot less though, with every passing season. And hurries still suck. And saying even more now is BS until I see some defensive coordination otherwise to prove me wrong. My team ownerīs been trying to find a good blitz position and hasnīt had much success yet.

Yea I am at a loss of what to invest my VA's into for putting up sacks/pressure on the QB also. It is so frustrating that "Streaky" is starting to look viable lol.

A lot of the time, I feel like the way we get blocked during plays kills our stamina, making us less and less effective in the pass rush. Also, it often looks like my player is very sluggish in pass rushing this season compared to coverage.

Same thing for my guy. He plays on the inside in the 3-4 and takes Guards on and that really slows down his pass rush.
