sure, you can 1st cap both, along with speed and vision and tackling, and you'll have a good player for 2-3 seasons.

oh, I thought he was referring to OP. I suppose it makes more sense if he was referring to your comment. While you are technically right, I'd assume most players want a build that lasts for the long haul.

as long as OL jack up strength and blocking, DL need to match it or risk being pancaked every play.
