I already have a piece that's upgraded to +5 throwing +3 TS, so I've recently been searching for a second piece of AEQ. I've been holding out in hopes of getting a FG piece. After burning through a ton of shopping tokens I've not come across a single piece with FG. So today I got a +5% pass quality. So my question is, is this a quality piece? Should I continue searching? What skills effect pass quality? Will a full upgraded +5% PQ be more effective then FG?

Yes, thats good to have unless you're determined to get FG. Tight Spiral is a pass quality boost as well.
