My initial instinct says that mayyybe speed is... but probably not for agility/vision, since they both get crutch SAs so early in the tree... Same with tackling.

Has anybody gotten results from jacking speed up that high? What about 70ish vision and something like 15 in SV???

if you put speed to 68 first in a slowbuild, it'll be about 75 through natural level ups by lvl 25. Or you could take speed and agility to 60 first and through natural level ups by like 30 they'll both be about 68 and 64 so you'll still save SPs

Well I believe that because a SS needs to have so many attributes at a decent level there really isnt anything worth pushing all the way to 74.

The Good safeties I see don't have very high tackling or vision. between 48-55 in both. Any more it's a waste.

Maybe for a SS that's not playing on ST...but even then, most SS I've seen above lvl 45 have at least 60 vision.

I would highly advise not to get 15 in SV. Especially at your level.

You can still benefit from getting points into attributes. It should be your first priority to cap as many attributes as possible, as soon as possible.

By the way, did you score two SV AEs?

Well the 15 SV was hypothetical more than anything, I'm just curious to see if anybody's done it and if they've gotten any results.

And while I agree that there's still a lot of benefit into putting points into my attributes... I'd also say that by level 37 reaching caps is no longer essential, especially for a position like SS that doesn't get incredible level gains to begin with.

And I have one +3 Agility, SV AEQ but haven't found another. Change Direction, Super Vision, and Wrap-Up Tackle (saves a ton of SP from tackling imo) are my next targets, though.

In general, your opinions are pretty much wrong about everything.

UnderDogs has developed a defense scheme with his "low vision" SS basically blitzing all the time. And he's right - if you play it this way, 55 vision should be enough.

Others are playing almost 100 % coverage. When doing so, higher vision will pay off.

Of course the blitzing guys get more stats when build properly (strength, agility) and are less likely to get faked by a fake-build on a pitch.
