Yeah, this is a huge recovery effort. I'd start over. If you want to save it, speed/agi should get all your SP for the next 10 levels.

That is a pretty Super Slow build, lol. If we really get player decline after 10, you might as well retire him now. Otherwise, he'd work as a slot receiver. If you keep him, I'd bump Agility quite a bit.
You must have missed alot of training points along the way. You should have over 550 in SP by now and you don't even have 400. As slow as you built, you should probably have over 600. He needs to go sell insurance.
