to be brutally honest, you need a lot in all of your special abilities. you're obviously going for a speedster, but if you want more catches your gonna want some in route run, sticky hands and jumping catch.

also, the closer your agility is to your speed, the more agile he will actually be.

first and foremost, use 2 SP's to get catching to 60 since you're so close

then I'd go 2 in vision, 1 in a SA

Catching to 60, rest to carry.
