+2str / +3% PD is better. I would roll with that one. I am a big fan of high strength QB's.

on one of my first rolls I got a +3 strenght +5% pass distance... i'm sticking to it until today

The thing about that he's level 26. At 32 you have a chance for a slightly better roll and again at 40 you get shots at better items. You can always sell the item and get all your bonus tokens back and only lose a slight amount of cash.
