Well, I would say it MAY be an issue with confidence, vision or running style.

vision cap 1...run 85% elusive..confidence under 30..but out of bounds 5 6 yrds before an opponent?

yes, that play wat not normal.
low vision/confidence may make your player do things like out of bounds, or maybe slider too elusive may do that too, if you don't have the adequate vision/conf.
but yours looks decent, I'd get more confidence (by training) and put the slider a little lower, like 50 to see how is he going to do.

But that replay isn't fixable, it's just the bad sim

i'll try 60 on the bar..se what's happen.
but also with low confidence it's not a normal play
