any suggestions? was thinking of hitting 60 with agility, then getting vision to the second cap. how am i doing here?

That sounds good. I would go:
~Agility to 60
~Vision to 48
~Agility to 68
~Speed to 68 (if it isn't already there)
~Vision to 60
~Agility to 60
~Vision to 48
~Agility to 68
~Speed to 68 (if it isn't already there)
