Hi I´m really struggling to get my passing game going.
Has anyone got the right formula to get it going ?
....do y need to set the diffrent typs of WRs in certain Depth Chart spots ?
Would be cool to get some help guys !!!!

try some short passes 40/40/20 and maybe try the autoadjust at 25%.

The AI should be able to find the sweat spot where it is possible to pass the most efficient.

It really boils down to builds
You should try putting your speed guys in the WR3-5 so they can line up with the CB who are lower on the depth chart, which is normally the slower CBs.

A lot of the time it will come down to builds and luck I believe. If you have a well built WR and can get him one on one with a CB then thats probably the best you can do a lot of the time and hope you win the catch roll!

you could also play with your QBs tactics and see if that makes any difference, and try to find the sweet spot, which may vary depending on your levels, builds, etc.
