I swear I've tried EVERYTHING in the Energy Tactics and NOTHING works. The sim is just determined to make sure my Level 9, 3rd String HB on the field for the majority of the plays. I tried setting energy to 90-95, 75-90, and it's currently set to 75-85 - none of those settings work, the 3rd string HB still gets most of the plays while my 1st and 2nd string guys get 15 plays a game if they're lucky. I thought it was a Stamina thing but that 3rd stringer has 17 Stamina while the 1 and 2 guys have 23 and 21 respectively.

It's getting so irritating I've contemplated removing him from the DC all together. That's very unfair to him but I can't have a level 9 HB getting all the carries while Level 24 and 16 guys ride the bench.

What am I doing wrong?

I think it has something to do with only having 38 human players. I think you need 40 or the CPU will do some adjusting to your depth chart. I also noticed your kick off return team is incomplete so it might be throwing your HB's in there.

Nope, I thought about that too but it's not on.

Well looking at your last scrim I seen your #2 on some of the special teams plays last game and your #1 subbed in as FB before in the later quarters. You might want to try adding the #3 as a backup FB and put him on special teams. It could also be a case of stamina where your #1 is breaking off a few longer runs so it's draining him faster.

P.S. Nice 85.5 yard field goal attempt near the end of the half but dangerous!
