I'm thinking Hard Hitter tree would be best. Thoughts?

Hard hitter works on both runs and passes so, yeah, that's what I did. Of course, I'm now MLB but, there you go.

Depends on what you will be doing, coverage wise.
I would go with Pass though as a LOLB cause you will be covering the TE

I've found myself wishing that I had gone with hard hitter at times...tbh neither is great.

I know neither is that good, but you get aura and Monster Hit, and I know Monster works pretty good.

It's hard for a LOLB to get monster up to the 4 or so you'd need in it.

for all LBS, the answer is monster hitter and there really is no question now. Before season 8, pass rusher was probably more useful but they both sucked terribly. Now, with increased fumbles and the the addition of the helmet crash VA, monster hit is easily the most (only?) valuable SA and worth devoting to the tree.

Shed block is sketchy at best, and seems to be the only helpful pass rushing ability on the tree. Swat ball works too, but more for lolbs who are not rushing the passer, and are probably better off with diving tackle/monster hit anyway.

I'm kinda pissed I broke down before season 8 and put 4 SP in the SA tree, in pass rusher. def wish I went hard hitter now. Will probably switch my CE and invest in the hard hitter tree next season.
