Why the eq in blocking for the DE? I would focus your equipment first. For a speed DE, Spd/Agi are your top two, then str/tck. For str, str/agi then tck/spd (or str/tck then agi/spd). Vision is important as well, but train it for a while first.

No more SAs for a while. You've wasted 7 points on SAs on the DE already. Consider retire and restart on both. Need to focus on attributes first.
