I've read that putting points into blocking positively affects your DE or DT's blitzing. Does anyone have a Bort or tester quote to this effect?

Thoughts? Comments?

Back to my original post and question. Does anyone have any quotes or threads which discuss blocking and D-linemen?

Firenze> Also amazing input. Are you really this bored or do you just feel smart when you're being useless?

It supposedly affects your ability to shed blocks, not technically your ability to blitz (though there is an obvious correlation).

Most folks have experimented have found the gains to be negligible. It is perhaps worth training up after you have taken care of all important attributes.

tautology> Yeah. That's what I've heard too, but I was hoping for something a little more concrete. Thanks.

I'd rather train agility for 3 % than blocking for 55

I wish there was a tool that could be used for BLOCKING stupid posts. Of course, then there wouldn't be many posts in GLB.
