Where to go next? Was a CB early on, but now exclusively a KR/PR and only playing CB against 5WR sets. Vision? AGI to 68?

B grade

Agility needs to be raised. Its so important for returners. Vision is also extremely important.

VA's - go with special teamer first and then return man. You may even want to consider alternating between the two.

For a level 29, I'd say B+.

I'd definitely stick with agility to the 3rd cap first thing. Then, I'd immediately hard-cap vision. Only after vision is hard-capped would I bother with First Step and Change Direction. Even then, you might consider soft-capping carrying and/or strength first. It's up to you.

In the meantime, I'd suggest sticking with strength/carrying but maybe later picking up confidence/carrying when the returns on strength start to slow down.

As far as VAs go, I'd stick with Special Teamer. I'd do Return Man only after you max out Special Teamers. For a WR returning kicks and punts, I might go the other way around. However, with being a CB, the advantage in having the bonus to SAs is much less, seeing as you've only got Spin and can't add SPs to the SA to take the multiple any higher than your equipment level will allow. Add to this that the +1% for Special Teamer includes speed and agility, your two highest stats, and it's definitely the way to go. I'd take the extra 1% speed, 1% agility, and 1% vision over the 3% to vision alone any day.
