I just rolled a +1agi/+1 Turn the Shoulder shirt in the adv equipment store. I've been rolling in there forever its seems and have not had anything great for a pocket passer come up (although that +3vision/+1demoralize one made me drool has I been a different spec!).

Should I grab this piece and run? Or should I continue to look for a Tight Spiral piece and burn my 2 training points everyday?

i would wait for a FG, Tight Spiral or Pass Quality piece.

I'm currently using two pieces of AEQ. The first originally had a 1 stam tight spiral which is fully upgraded to level 40, and I'm also using a piece that was originally 1 Throwing and 5% pass quality that I have upgraded twice so far.

Pass quality is by far the best AEQ I've found. I can't believe how much better my completion percentage is now that I'm using the PQ piece.
