I currently have 44 confidence at FS, do you think I should have softed capped confidence by now? Or is 44 enough?

With the new morale stuff it's hard to say. Not sure the exact effect of morale and confidence but now that you can see all the players' endgame morale, it's interesting (you need GM access to view it though)

Confidence makes you a better over all player. How much you want is up to you.

If you were to graph your over all play. Higher confidence would make you "spike"(play above build potential) more often. While not having it will make you "flat line"(play right at build potential or a little less) more often.

If you have a great build, confidence makes it that much better in close game situations, or in the playoffs. It also helps when your stamina is low.

I think your confidence is fine. If you want to help your team win championships you need to get a little more. I think 50 is right on the money too.

You will notice with more confidence you play at a higher level than other players around you with less confidence.

I think first cap it at 48 then look at game summaries and see how you are doing.
