I currently hvae 33 vision, but you need 40 vision to get short yardage monster. Should I use my sps from my boosts on taking vision to 40? or is short yardage monster not worth it? if it isnt which other VA should i use my points on (not bruiser)?

Vision should be at least 40 by level 40 anyways IMHO.

Well higher vision will also help your RB in the running game, so it's not as if you're only getting it to use short yardage monster.
