Agility vision should be close to 68 each

I wanted to soft cap tackling and my team wants everyone to have stamina over 35.

Sorry but not a great build imo

This. Your build is alright, but agility needs to be at least 60, preferably over 70. Also, try and bring vision up.

Finally, train jumping ASAP--stamina and tackling are probably the eighth and ninth most important attributes for a CB.
