The next step if for *everyone* to look CAREFULLY at each player and vote for who you think deserves to be the player of the week. To vote, simply post the name of the person you think should be the winner, and I will tally the votes by putting asterisks next to the names. (I have already put an asterisk next to my vote)

*you don't have to be a team owner to vote. in fact, lots of agents on my team participate in the voting. The more people we can get to cast their voice, the better.
