When I put my equips on, my speed is 77.82.

I'm the exact same boat, and right now am leaning towards Jump The Snap, followed by Pass Rusher. Neither is that great, but I don't see anything better and I think if both were at +15 it would be a pretty strong improvement to any player who blitzes.

I'm leaning towards Fearsome and Intimidating

I'm talking to my DC. If he can promise that I'll blitz 100% on third down, I'm going pass rusher.

77 is not very high for pass rushing. Pass rusher is a nice VA for a player that is in and blitzing on 3rd/4th down.
