Wondering what I should do so I can hit better punts out of bounds consistently. Or what should I do to just improve his putting game.

Improve Confidence and Vision. You may want to change your Strength equipment too.

19pts = +6 to Confidence or +6 to Vision & +2 to Confidence. I'd probably go with the latter and make a piece of Confidence equipment.

I like the idea of getting vision to next cap, get +2 confidence and switch as much of the +5 strength equipment to confidence as possible.

Str = 60
Vis = 60
Conf = 67
Punt = 109

Pretty good. You still need confidence up higher, so could even switch some punting equipment over, but I'd probably just put boosts into confidence for a while. You need to tackle agility and jumping, as well, but would train these for a while (separately, unfortunately).

Your next steps are conf to 68 and vis to 60. This will take approximately 7 levels. I'm not sure I'd agree with putting that equip on confidence, but it couldn't hurt. I'd stay 100% punting as your punting value is about 4-5 points low for your level

I'd put all equip in punting, personally.
